Before we meet

First contact

Whether that is a phone call, email, or a first coffee, we start to breath for you at that moment. You share with us your farm essentials and your expectations.

Desk research

We value your time so we research the conditions in your area and explore your business and communication. We estimate the workload.

Deal

After showing us your expectations and possibilities, we make a detailed plan. You confirm  with us that you agree, and we sign the contract.

This phase may take from one to three weeks

Workshop

We visit you at your farmhold and have a half day design thinking based workshop with you. Our aim is to truly understand your story. You show us your farm.

Ideation

We close ourselves in the office and process all information. We find a story to build up and prepare a production plan. This will show what the documentary will look like.

Testing & feedback

Meeting your expectations is important to us, so we give you as much control over the process as possible. We want to hear your attitude so we can implement that.

All the magic 

This phase may take from two to four weeks

Production

Our D-day. We come again with two cars of high tech equipment and shoot all the footage at your farm. Your presence will be required for a half day.

Postproduction
& campaign strategy

We edit, pair audio and visual and make a documenatry in two lenght versions. We also prepare a communication startegy and supportive material.

Testing & feedback

We ask you for the opinion and test our communication campaign on our target group. We adjust our outputs and prepare a media plan. We are ready!

Campaign launch

Now all the harvesting begins. We start to communicate about your farm and the good job you are doing in your local area. They will finally appreciate, and you can be proud.

Observing & optimising

The work is not done, actually a really important part rises. We observe how people interact and optimise the campaign based on its performance so it is even more efficient.

Our last meeting

And our less favourite part. We meet you for the last time, we present you our work and hand over reports and outputs. We hope this is not our last time together.

We have no templates. We design tailored and functional solutions from strach for you. That is why they are so effective. And why it needs some time.

It really depends on estimated workload, needed equipment, travel distance and your planned investments to paid advertising. 

We cannot provide you a general number but you can always call us.
